Cancellation Policy
The SFFMG, LLC and SFFMG, Corp. entities and independent contractor(s) consulting for the SFFMG entities:
A. Related to new sales/initial transactions, observe the state, legal, right of rescission of that the state of the consumer requires. The venue for all matters related to all Vacation Packages is clearly stated the Terms and Conditions of the package: Palm Beach County, Florida, U.S.A.
B. There is no cancellation basis or refunds for Mediation that has been rendered.
C. There are no refunds issued where a consumer violates a Federal, Delaware, or Florida statute or misrepresents a material fact during communication with a representative of a SFFMG entity related to any transaction.
